Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
All orders are fulfilled from Southern California.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays & Carrier Issues

While we work closely with our shipping partners, Hola Mija is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Hola Mija is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
